The #3-#11 4 in. x 4 in. Flat Top Rebar Impalement Endcap (100-Pack) meets OSHA safety standards. The reusable rebar safety caps fits a range of rebar from #3 to #11 . They are used to eliminate impalement of falling workers and consist of a highly visible, safety orange top over a heavy duty steel plate.
